love.

come dusts and muds,
you keep on walking.
come slopes of hills,
you hold on tight.
come shadows and the breeze,
you take cover.
come rains and storms,
you sheild.

you never stop walking.
even if the world stops on you.
you,
keep the going.
never stop.

roses

roses are red.
but still, there are roses of various kinds
reds of various tones
and scents of many.

and sometimes it's not that certain bloom that attracts.
sometimes they don't.
and they hunt for another.

so it's either you indulge in your weary,
or you halt on the worry.
i'd choose the latter.

so roses are red.
violets could be blue.

and we'd hang on to the ones that stay,
and let go of the ones that fly.
and got lost in the wind and breeze.

breathe

the skies, they seem a little brighter,
the paths a little clearer, too.
the winds, they seem to blow a little cooler,
the birds, a little more melodious melody, too.
the scents, a little fresher,
the clouds, a little whiter,
the roads, a little less bumpier.

just for as long as you'd never look back,
that's just how smooth this journey would be.

breathe a more beautiful scent.
face the walk.
always keep your head held high.

for words shan't bring thou down.

suffice

Some leaves are blue,
But they appear green,
only to camouflage.
to portray a serenity that does not exist.

Some clouds are black.
But a white is what they portray
to create a vibe of purity
ones they don't even own.

And some flowers are yellow
but a red paint it wears
just to seal
what it really hides inside.

But when the rains, they fall
They wash away the vibrant colours
of painting
And a real-ness they appear as.

They could no longer hide
as the truth
they're out
though sealed.

But just see a green, if that's what they'd want to portray
or a white, if that's they want to show,
and rather a yellow,
if that's what they'd prefer.

There's not a need for a rhyme
or a word or two
as no words
is all that it needs.
to suffice.

Seal.

Like a pallete of dusty rain,
Raindrops that knock on the door,
Faithfully,
It slips through the window.
But no matter how the rain may fall,
The shield won't ever come off anymore.
The door will always be kept locked.
It will never be opened again.

Let go

Some days you wake up and realize,
That's not what you ever wanted,
Though a feel is still there.
For it's the feel of comfort, attachment, connection, like a magnet.
But release yourself.
Steer clear.
Be free.
Let go.
And realize,
It's not what you really wanted.
And keep on walking through
on this journey.
And maybe someday you'd breathe a different air.
To grasp into your heart.

Words

Some words are only said,
But not meant.
For they are said,
Only to soothe the ears,
Or to make it through the day.
Should that were to happen,
Let it slide,
Like the winds through the window.
Never make it break you,
Or hurt you.
Keep on breathing.
For the next thing you know,
Comes another day
And broken words will be kempt and leashed.
And not to be revisited again.
Ever

Wind

As the wind,
It keeps blowing,
Though the leaves still won't move,
It keeps blowing.
Sometimes, the leaves, they fall.
Or sometimes, they dry, they lose colour.
But never tired, always persistent, they keep blowing.
And sometimes a gentle breeze it is
Calming, soothing.
In other instances,
A raging wind it becomes,
Creating a storm, a thunder.
But when days are bright, soft it becomes.
As a wind,
It'll never stop
It'd keep on moving.
