the king.

just because u have all the power in the world.
and just because u have all the money in the world.
u may not be able to hold the world at the tip of your finger.
u are also unable control everything under you will.
you must remember that there are also people in this world with a heart and feelings.
u cannot just take hold of all that.

the queen.

just because you are a lady.
and just because u are always seen perhaps as the more insignificant,
it doesn't mean that u hav to let the footsteps walk all around you.
you should be able to stand on your own.
just be strong.
and not letting the the force of control take advantage of you.
you have your rights for your own speak of mind.
and no one can take that away from you.

consequently

it's as if u just felt the pinch,
when you had always been numb.

it's as if u've just had a clear view, a clarity,
when your vision had always been blocked, blinded.

let loose

a small bird that's just learned to fly,
already able to let go of its mom,
capable of flying on its own,
no longer needs to be clingy to its elder,
losing its grip,
for it is already to able to soar on its own,
to explore the world,
letting loose of itself,
it shouldn't still be holding on or keep turning back,
nor shall it still have a grip of the behind,
for only the world ahead is the one that it should venture,
n just letting the past be its lesson..

as heavily as how the rain falls,
as sharp as the needle and pins,
as disapointing,
as how it is..

action speaks louder than words

sometimes silence just says it all,
you need not utter a thousand words to convey,
nor do you need to describe what is meant,
sometimes not saying a thing just explains it all,
you may think nothing is understood through silence,
but perhaps the hesitation of utterance just speaks it all,
there's just a great understanding that could be grasped,
through the unspoken, the hesitation..
