just when the stars were shining so bright,
and when the moon was portraying its flourescent glow,
you were just filled with fright,
wondering if the stream of patterns will always continue to flow..

chances came only once
chances, it comes only once,
you had it for a while,
but then you let it go,
you let it pass,
it will perhaps never come back,
it's gone faraway,
who knows the next time you'll see again.
all these years,
of incomplete stories,
u wonder if it could have ever been,
vague,
in between the yes and the no,
unsettled business,
finished just like that,
just like that.
the next time you have a chance,
just use it all you can,
coz when it's gone,
it's just gone..
you had it for a while,
but then you let it go,
you let it pass,
it will perhaps never come back,
it's gone faraway,
who knows the next time you'll see again.
all these years,

go
why making sense when it's senseless,
why trying to put an effort when it's effortless,
why wait when it's leaving,
why stay when it's time to go.
why trying to put an effort when it's effortless,
why wait when it's leaving,
why stay when it's time to go.

grudge not
hold no grudges,
shine your heart,
foes to become friends,
no vengeance.
do not run,
but unite,
look for a good reason for each happening,
forgive, empathize.
add a smile,
then life would be more meaningful,
and peaceful.
it's not worth to keep a grudge,
for we're not that long in this world.
shine your heart,
foes to become friends,
no vengeance.
do not run,
but unite,
look for a good reason for each happening,
forgive, empathize.
add a smile,
then life would be more meaningful,
and peaceful.
it's not worth to keep a grudge,
for we're not that long in this world.

of faith and believing
intrusion,
intruding a personal space,
disrespectful towards one's privacy,
digging to gain information,
without them knowing,
in silence.
them countless doubts,
wild assumptions,
where on earth did the trust go.
perhaps there ain't any.
then what is it that is left.
or perhaps for it still to be regained,
should there be a belief still.
intruding a personal space,
disrespectful towards one's privacy,
digging to gain information,
without them knowing,
in silence.
them countless doubts,
wild assumptions,
where on earth did the trust go.
perhaps there ain't any.

rainbow island
the sun,
it was shining bright,
but then it suddenly rained.
hopes,
it grew to become as high as the mountains,
but it just faded away.
i tried to put my thoughts away,
but memory,
it strolled down the lane.
i tried to hide it all,
i painted it with beautiful colours,
but perhaps not good enough,
to seal it all away.
it was shining bright,

i tried to put my thoughts away,

Beyond the Stars
GREEDY.
Everything in the world you want to own.
Beyond the stars above,
and everything that is strecthed afar.
To you, there's no limit.
What you have in your clutch,
You don't even take a glance at.
You let it rust,
While you go look for other wonders,
Wonders out of reach,
Beyond the stars above.
You keep on trying but forgetting at the same time.
Until in the end of the day,
You lose grip of what you had grasped in your hands,
and also,
You never even managed to catch the stars in the sky above.

could i ever
Tell me when to put down the weapons,
so there'll be a war no more.
Tell me when the show is over,
so there'll be an act no more.
Tell me if it could still stand,
when its roots are no longer there.
Tell me what's it made of,
if its foundation's gone.
Tell me if it's worth fighting for,
when there are no more lives to save.

Adaption
they say you have to learn to adapt,
in any given situation.
not only should you be living under your own shell,
but also blending in with the world outside of you.
you may not always fit in,
and no doubt there are times you may feel like an alien.
but life is life,
and the things you meet along your way,
doesn't always go with your say.
so you have to learn to tolerate,
and be considerate.
don't take to heart every single thing being said,
and not being too senstive with words which you think may hurt you,
you have to learn to be cool and take it easy.
anger management is also something to take note of,
learn to control your emotions,
don't throw tantrums in any time you wish,
for it just wouldn't be worthwhile.
learn to think and act smartly and rationally,
adapt to any situation given,
take one step at a time..
in any given situation.
not only should you be living under your own shell,
but also blending in with the world outside of you.
you may not always fit in,
and no doubt there are times you may feel like an alien.
but life is life,
and the things you meet along your way,

walls construed
we waltzed on the same ground,
we walked on the same road,
we sang the same rhthym,
we ran the same mile.
perhaps it did not come to mind,
the distant between.
but then the walls were built,
the barriers were created,
you were you.
and i was i.
there was a mirage of a differences,
vaguely drawn,
but clear enough to see.
we may have still walked the same road,
but leading to different ways.
we walked on the same road,
we sang the same rhthym,
we ran the same mile.
perhaps it did not come to mind,
the distant between.
but then the walls were built,
the barriers were created,
you were you.
