you're the leaves on my tree,

you're the sunshine in my sky,

you're the rainbow after my rain,

you're the the stars in my galaxy,

you're the flowers in my garden,

you're the warmth in my winter,


you mean the world to me.

From a distance

From a distance,
I could not see,
but I can only listen.

From a distance,
I would not know,
but I can only believe,
should there be a faith.

pieces

time fades away,
seasons change,
but the hearts stay.

you're there,
but the mind's not there,
and the heart's away.

pieces of a puzzle has gone missing,
fading in the universe,
out in the galaxy faraway.

when the grass may be greener on the other side

you left one road to be on the next,
and now you wish to go back to the road that you had left,
whilst you had left it deserted,
with discomfort,
without care,
u let it fade away.
and now you thought you could start from square one.
but perhaps some things are just a little too late.

you could try to tread the water,
or try to climb a mountain high,
but still you wouldn't be able to get there,
only then u realized,
that u had left a sparkling diamond behind .

the reason the flowers bloom ever so beautifully.

that light up the fire.

when it rains.

at the end of the dark tunnel.
you're a smile,
that gives a reason to live.
it's time like this,

runaway

runaway from here,
take me away,
to start a new day,
to a place that's not here,
in search of solace.

for yesterday has already had its say,
thus leave it behind as you may.

the moon the stars

just when the stars were shining so bright,
and when the moon was portraying its flourescent glow,
you were just filled with fright,
wondering if the stream of patterns will always continue to flow..

chances came only once

chances, it comes only once,
you had it for a while,
but then you let it go,
you let it pass,
it will perhaps never come back,
it's gone faraway,
who knows the next time you'll see again.
all these years,
of incomplete stories,
u wonder if it could have ever been,
vague,
in between the yes and the no,
unsettled business,
finished just like that,
just like that.

the next time you have a chance,
just use it all you can,
coz when it's gone,
it's just gone..
