sitting on the bench by the big trees,
accompanied by an acquaintance or two,
just staring at the sun,
at the open space,
everywhere you glance,
there are huge green trees,
its fresh scent calms your mind,
at a far end,
there's a coconut tree,
the leaves swaying effortlessly,
from left to right.
chickens and hens scattered around you.
cats lying down having a nap.
once in while you can feel the soft breeze at the back of your neck.
making you realize,
that's just how simple life could be.
