There are two main great things that i learnt today:
1. Controlling anger makes you happier. Let it pass, be silent for a while, exhale it out of your system and forget it. In a few minutes later , you will be better. Act as if nothing happened. Rather than making a whole big deal out of it and then taking more time to shove it out , but then eventually turning out to be okay few hours later , or days later. So better take the earlier option :). Keep on trying. Don't let nitty gritty things take the best out of you.
2. Having patience (and really actually being patient, not only saying it). Indulge in its true meaning. Rather than rushing on things that may or may not happen, just let it pass. Anything is definitely possible. Even rains could stop, and storms could vanish and even skies go dark or bright sometimes. So never give up and keep on fighting your own battle.
