They took you away,
They brushed you away with the tides,
You were swept away by the waves,
You drowned into the ocean.

You tried to save yourself,
But you couldn't.

You looked for a branch or even a leaf on the surface of the water,
To hold on, to get a grip, for a gasp of air,
But you couldn't find.

You kept trying,
But still, you drowned,
Until in the end,
You just became a part of the sea.
